High pressure: 80 PSI for 1 L/min.
Handles very low flow sample rates from 0.1 ml/min to 2.5 ml/min.
With Alcohol solutions can operate down to .001 ml/min.
Fits regular chambers as a direct replacement for glass concentric nebulizers.
